Pros
- Very technical landscape, and for most people there exist a lot of opportunities to learn new things - Great career opportunities - Very flexible work schedule - Great group of hard-working and intelligent people work here! - Management has improved a lot recently - Has adopted to "remote work" culture really well - Exciting new projects and market verticals being approached - Your opinion and expertise are truly needed and therefore you're being listened to and your ideas are getting considered. (Big change from how this company used to operate)
Cons
- Used to have chaotic management (which is now resolved!!, however, the product that resulted from that time is still in existence needing heavy maintenance.) This won't be an issue for new employees though. - Old technology stack - difficult to migrate away from. A little bit career-hindering. Also won't be an issue for new employees.
