The company is open. Every month management sits with every team to listen their needs. It's really fair game to ask anything, no matter how silly, most of the times they are responsive. True work life balance. Working exactly 40 hours a week is possible and many people do it. But yes, there are people who are highly motivated and work like crazy just because they love it.

Owned by private equity group. Only priority is the forecast. Always ready to give away margin to get an order "this month". Very short sighted. Will sell direct even if a dealer brought them an opportunity.
