      Collaborative environment Helpful and skillful colleagues Great teams

      Cons

      Slow to no growth, you can age and retire here on the same level Hire and replace instead of letting existing employees grow is the mantra, nothing done to retain employees No defined career level responsibilities so nothing to measure your performance against - Salesforce acquisition did not affect this.

      Pros

      I was an early member and had the opportunity to build out an organization. It was rewarding opportunity.

      Cons

      My last position required 80% travel which I enjoyed but being away from HQ and the day to day activity led to my loss of influence.

      Pros

      People are great, work-life balance as for start-up is nice

      Cons

      Top management of engineering. Very bad pay for some especially early employees, non-existent yearly performance review, no raises or bonuses (horrible horrible experience). Tech not so much, old methodologies.
