Pros

I learned a lot in my time with the company. It was a one-of-a-kind experience and I link several moments of intense personal career growth to the time I spent there and the connections I made. I have zero regrets when thinking back on my time there.

Cons

The only con was the lack of training. It’s a more sink or swim approach that quickly separates those who can handle it from those who can’t.
