Pros
Fast paced, growth environment where static process does not exist. This is not a repetitive 9-5, which is awesome for some. There is actual opportunity to thrive if you like to truly challenge yourself in a fast paced environment. Bring new ideas to the table, find ways to create efficiencies in the business, or have success in a very challenging and exciting environment and you will thrive and be rewarded.
Cons
Management has high expectations that not everyone can live up to. It’s a pro for the company as a whole, but a con on an individual level if you’re not the kind of person to rise to the challenge.
