      Earned time off, work life balance

      Cons

      Management heavy. Utterly useless management that have never done your job who were appointed by their buddies. Managers slumped over not engaged or paying attention in endless meetings providing no value. Upper management does not know you or what you do - you will go nowhere. VP of engineering who has no heavy duty truck (core product) experience.

      Pros

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
