      Great Work life Balance Work from home----also depends upon the team Best Company to seat and relax Good Support from Manager Co-ordial atmosphere, everybody is very friendly and supportive

      Cons

      Not Much technical growth 9.5 hours daily even when you do not have work Bad Cafeteria Salary less than market standard Hidden Politics

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
