      There are many people at VolvoTrucks who are dedicated to the product quality and focussed on the customer.

      Cons

      As a result of being an international company, decisions are made in Sweden which affect the North American group. Many of these decisions do not work in this market.

      Pros

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
