Pros

Good managers that help you to perfom the best. If you have a good idea it is not hard to get resources Demanding job with high standards A playground for some of us... A place to grow At the same time your obliged to perfom on top level It is seen as a plus, If you have hobbies that align and contribute to your pefomance at work !

Cons

Some software developing departments can be like kindergarten with no rules or structure. And it is impossible to change their way of work as an employe.

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

* Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

Cons

* Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
