      Pros

      Good benefits package and used to be a company you could be proud to be associated with.

      Cons

      Bad management practices, a slightly paranoid mistrust in its employees. No discernable recognition of the value of its long term employees vast experience and understanding of customers needs. Lastly a definite old school attitude towards personal progression, merit and personal skills are overlooked in favour of who you know. Sycophants will do very well.

      Pros

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      Cons

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
