      Pros

      pay is good thats all i can say on that they dont care your only a number

      Cons

      your only a number to them if you die today they would have a replacement by noon. shifts and hours change day to day mandatory overtime quite often even when there is nothing to do cant miss days or punch out early if you are late for even 1 min its a write up after 3 you are suspended without pay for 2 days then if it happens again instant termination

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
