Pros
A few decent hardworking, forward thinking people Pay well, but only because they offer very little of anything else
Cons
Leaders are uninspiring. Promote in many cases the wrong people. Talk about what they are going to do but never actually do anything. Work just for tomorrow, no strategy. Do not develop anyone. Plant management is full of previously demoted (by past leaders) people as no others could be found. “Leadership” is made up of mostly “easy button” and inexperienced members. Might look shiny on outside but lacks depth, vision and purpose. Place is stuck in 1985 and they love it that way.
