Pros
They pay their employees very well, discounts are okay, and coworkers are alright.
Cons
Store and floor management sucks. They are not intelligent, and very cliquey. If you aren't one of them, then you basically don't matter. If you are a store associate, you are fine for the most part. just don't expect to be treated fairly. If you move up, it is basically sink or swim. You don't get adequate training, and you are expected to know everything off the bat. They will call you into their office and talk to you about how much you need to improve, when you have no idea what you are doing anyway because they never train you the right way. They have taken away all of my weekends off because we don't have enough staff to cover over the weekends, yet all the rest of my associates have received their weekends off, along with everyone in upper management. They are also telling me that I cannot take both of my family vacations this summer because they are too close together, and that I have to pick between them, which is borderline ridiculous.
