young, immature senior managers not qualified and do not lead by example not supported when customers are overly rude do not support having a life outside of work and you have to take a lot of grief just to get a day off tess - computer system will make you work anywhere from 6-14 days without a break Some managers are very insensitive and power hungry The store manager is the only supportive manager but is not mature or strong enough to call out other managers flaws. no return policy so associates have to return worn and damaged merchandise and when call for upper management they do not come. employee return policy is very unfair senior managers do not consider feedback senior managers shop like some of the worst customers and go against company policy all the time
