Business Outlook
Pros
Pleasant environment mixed with good and bad days for selling. Some days there are lots of customers, some days there are few. Lots of long term employees therefore people tend to know what they need to do. Company wants to meet sales goals but isn't breathing dwon your neck about them everyday.
Cons
Most promotions to management or executive management are for women and in particular, you will get better positions and pay if you hire on as part of the executive management trainee program. Men have limited opportunities past the department manager level.
