Beautiful stores, good fellow employees Great to start a buying career here Stable, conservative company. Well-funded. Growing, adding 1-2 new stores each year.
Cons
Rules rules rules. There is no room for individuality, no room for trying something new and innovative. They are missing the human element and trying to make the business as computer, robot-driven as possible. There is a spooky "Stepford Wives" element to this company. There is a very high turnover rate, hence lots of young people in management. Agree with other reviewers--even at corporate. Not a lot of maturity--old fashion, yes. There are no managers that are inspiring role models.
