There is NO flexablity. You can't have a real life while working there. You work 3 of 4 Saturdays but only if it works out that way. Favortisim is their favorite practice! They promote associates that do NOTHING but let go high quality team members because they missed their sales goal. They focus TOO much on sales and not enough on retention. If you want time off, might as well check with them first. Vacation time off requests are looked at as a burden if they are in a bind. You page for help and nobody comes. Upper management sits in their office and seldomly shows their face on the floor. They give made up reasons as to why you aren't being promoted. They show no effort to improve store morale. They treat employees like door mats and they let customers treat them like dirt. They go above and beyond to help a customer return something years old that is so worn it is stained but lift no finger to help out their employees. Communication does not exsist unless you mess up.
