Pros
Good product lines and decent pay for the retail industry.
Cons
Extremely high turnover rate. Managers will tell you that their main priority is to develop their employees but I really felt that they were always looking to turn the staff over. Department managers have little autonomy in their own departments. Everything must go past upper management.
