pay is decent, time and a half on sundays, 6 paid holidays.. good benefit package

* poor management listening skills * department managers (some, not all) are lazy and vindictive * catty associates with the exception of very few * way too competitive with the (very little) 1% commission--to the point of getting yelled at for even saying hi to someone else's customer..."she's not yours". Seriously? * ended up dreading waking up and driving to work--how will i be disrespected today? * refuses to promote good working associates * favoritism is terrible--very obvious
