Met three wonderful associates there. That’s about it.
Cons
1. Executives do not take associates complaints of DM bullying and abuse seriously. 2. There’s a lot of micromanaging and some DMs think they are as high up as the executives to go around making rules for other departments. 3. The new policy where if you leave more than 2 hrs before your shift is over, the day counts as an absence and you won’t get paid, isn’t that ILLEGAL?! Emergency’s happen, life happens. 4. They don’t pay enough to deal with the toxic culture they have cultivated. 5. Congrats on AlLoWiNg woooman to wear pants in 2019. VeRy nice of you. *eye roll* 6. If you are lessor liked employee and especially by your DM, they won’t work with you, especially if you want to move Departments to not work directly under the person bullying you.
