Pros
The benefits are nice. Sunday pay, (some) paid holidays, vacation time, etc.
Cons
Management is insensitive and very unsympathetic. HR managers try to keep you in the dark about policies instead of informing associates of things like FMLA. They use your vacation time up without your knowledge or consent (which is apparently legal, but seems unethical). Upper management encourages DM's and Counter managers to blatantly lie to associates. People get promoted based on favoritism rather than how competent they are or how well they do their job. Also, women are required to wear panty hose and skirts/dresses which seems a bit out dated and sexist. You will rarely get positive feed back even when making your sales goal. High turnover in most departments.
