Pros

Good Benefits,Quick job advancement opportunities if you are a good to decent worker . Good Holiday pay and paid vacations for old contract workers.Employee discount on items.Good first job instead of working in fast food buisness.

Cons

Low pay to start most positions and pay raises take forever and goes on hours worked not time at that position. Not enough help and most of the help you get is bad do to the company Hiring around minimum to start and you have to pay weekly union dues to keep your job. A regular day is visits bye DM or Corporate workers expecting the store to look perfect. With understaffed stores and some bad help .Store Managers trying to do multiple jobs all over the store to try to fix things. Department Managers trying to do double work because of not help, sick calls, people quitting or bad help or slow help. Stress breaks its way down from the Store Manager to the Department Heads to the clerks/cashiers. But not the courtesy clerks.

Cons

This likely comes with the territory, but a significant percentage of the target customer demographic are of the needlessly disrespectful, uncivil, infantile, entitled, and rich variety. They contrive conflict and attempt to pin it on the workers, or needlessly change their order after it has been obtained. It is child's play. Company policy says to never call the police unless they are a threat to safety, but they absolutely do disturb the peace and ruin the experience for others. It doesn't help that there is an expensive (not necessarily upscale in terms of class) drinking establishment in the same plaza.
