Pros
I gained customer service experience after working for the company for a year and a half, I formed lifelong friendships with several people there, half of the people are very important to me and I keep in contact with, the other half of my coworkers I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to work with
Cons
Hard work and dedication goes unrecognized, sexist bosses who aren't good at their jobs, demanding customers who are rarely satisfied, benefits aren't great like they used to be- not worth staying for, nobody is happy to be there, low wage that rarely raised, felt like I was treated less-than because of my position and the location I was in
