Pros
Hardly anything except if you'really lucky, you have good co-workers. My staff pharmacist was lazier than dirt and knows how to game the system with the union protecting her.
Cons
Audits, audits, and more audits. Covid shots and sales with so little help. Never enough help and stores have to find their own coverage when techs go on vacation. Management doesn'the care to help. Albertsons, company running the entire co. is one of the worst employees out there. And the union does absolutely nothing for workers except collect dues. Every negotiation we've had, the co. gets whatever they want as the union never really fights for pay, ancillary help, etc. The co. does well, the union gets their dues regardless of how poorly workers get treated.
