Pros

The other staff are nice. That's about it. The pay isn't bad, but it's still minimum wage, so, it's not exactly excellent.

Cons

The management is terrible and will not work with your schedule. I just needed a part time job and they had me work 42 hours a week as a full time student. I had to drop the job after two weeks and only worked for them for a month. The manager was rude and demeaning - she told me I was selfish for asking off Fridays a whole two months in advance because I would not have access to a car at that time. As someone who closed, came in on time, and was excellent in performance according to my peers despite being thrown into a job with minimal training, that was unacceptable. The customers are quite frankly not much better and the company doesn't actually prohibit them from doing anything against policy. Masks required? Not according to the customer. Dogs can't be in food establishments? Not according to the customer. No really good benefits, either. Overall, terrible job for anyone who wants to have a company who accommodates their schedule. They knew I was a student going into this.

Pros

Excellent, straightforward, comprehensive training program and learning modules to ramp up quickly. Management was reasonable and attentive. It was welcoming and I felt respected, and gave my all as a result. They also make sure people don't stay longer or go without a break after the 5-hour mark; this is a California statute with which I was unfamiliar (I was guilty of working long hours without a lunch break in CT due to

Cons

This likely comes with the territory, but a significant percentage of the target customer demographic are of the needlessly disrespectful, uncivil, infantile, entitled, and rich variety. They contrive conflict and attempt to pin it on the workers, or needlessly change their order after it has been obtained. It is child's play. Company policy says to never call the police unless they are a threat to safety, but they absolutely do disturb the peace and ruin the experience for others. It doesn't help that there is an expensive (not necessarily upscale in terms of class) drinking establishment in the same plaza.
