Pros
Healthcare after a year and a vacation that sometimes they don't pay you every time an employee comes back he or she has to speak with union about not getting paid for their vacation
Cons
getting paid the minimum to do more work then what you get paid, it takes you at least 2 years to make 9.40, really nasty back rooms, understaffed, no flexibility with a schedule, they won't let you work another job when you can barely support yourself with this one, I work a lot I am suppose to get 400 weekly after taxes and union fees I'm lucky if I get 230, when it's busy they make you work 12 hour shifts and I should make 700-800 weekly and end up making 400 after tax and union fees, when it's busy you get26 hours working 7 days and right in the middle of the day so you don't have time for another part job
