Pros
Really easy if you just do your job well and show up on time, they like reliability If you do your job well it’s easy to pick up hours, I’ve had multiple weeks with 38 or more hours as a part time employee
Cons
Can be really hard to get coverage or set unavailable days NO diversity, only a handful of diverse workers at my store
