Pros

If pay on time is a pro then pay on time is ok. They give you free lunch on Fridays but mostly is junk food that you may want to avoid.

Cons

Software is old and they don’t do much to improve it. They just think on selling their software to small companies that don’t nothing about quality software. Every hour that you work is charged to a client so expect to get busy all the time if you are between projects management will look you ugly. No opportunity to learn new technologies, just old rpg code to maintain. Boring place and office environment. Benefits are terrible vacation, health insurance, time off. The worst I ever had.
