Pros

I've worked at VAI for 25 years. The management treats employees and customers with respect and care. Salaries are competitive, the work is self directed without a lot of micromanaging. There is a family feel to the company while at the same time pushing to deliver service and a better product. All in all a great place to work.

Cons

Not a lot, the job can be stressful because you are supporting your customers' businesses and of course they get upset over any issue but no different than any place.
