Pros
Many employees have 10 to 20+ years of experience and have been with this company a long time, probably because of the interesting challenges they solve and how they are well rewarded for their hard work or conversely, very rarely see anyone quit/fired Constantly seeing new hires and promotions Many employees are highly skilled/top tier, if there is an area where you need a subject matter expert this organization is excellent at development/collaboration Paid Hourly and guaranteed 40 hours Tons of stuff to work on, always more to do Hybrid schedule, two days work remote Many different teams, plenty of areas to learn and grow -- mobile, cloud, quality assurance, etc.
Cons
Time sheet entry -- Depending on your job, detailed tracking of where time is spent (this makes sense though, because that is how they invoice customers for services). Just this might be a shock if you are not used to this as a requirement
