Pros
1.) If you like getting paid by the hour, this is a great place to work. 2.) They are soft on candidates with (mental) disabilities, hence if you have one, this is a great place for you to work at. 3.) If you are not a very technology oriented person and don't particularly care about developing your skillset any longer, this is a great place to work at. 4.) If your highest qualification is a high school diploma, this is a great opportunity for you. 5.) If you are not particularly bright or well educated, this is the company for you.
Cons
1.) You will be worked every hour you spend under the roof of this company. 2.) You literally have to swipe in when ever you enter the company and when you leave you have to swipe out. When it comes time to fill in your timesheets, you will have to give an account of every 15 minutes you spent between your swipe in and swipe out. 3.) When you start working here, you will be assigned a director. Directors get a cut out of the money you bring to the company. Hence it is in the interest of your director to keep you as busy as possible. It's personal, it's all about their paycheck. 4.) If by any chance you get done with your work, the director will make sure to bring and dump more work on you. How else are you going to justify what you were doing while still swiped in!!! 5.) They are strict about when you come to the company. 9 AM you should be swiped in. 6.) Sometime you will even be encouraged to do overtime. Remember it's all about the directors and his higher ups paycheck. 7.) There is nothing for you to do except work in this company (or take a bathroom break, but once again you cannot enter your bathroom break in your timesheet!). 8.) Let's talk about the work. You will be working on outdated technologies. Hence if you think that you can always work for this company for sometime and then get out and get a better job, think again. Once you join this company, you better hope that either your are able to work day in day out while surrounded by the worst kind of colleagues/managers or pray for sweet death, because no other company is going to touch you even with a 10 foot pole when they find out about the technologies you have been working with. 9.) The company is literally located in an industrial park which has scrap metal companies, hospitals, all kinds of small businesses and Fedex distribution center so even when you step out of the company (which is frowned upon) there is nothing for you out there.
