Hands on experience in end to end product design and development stages, i.e from conceptual designing, prototyping, testing and till design release for production. Hands on experience in handling cross functional team across the organization. Friendly and young team to work with.

Cons

Yearly appraisals are not upto the market standards. No food or travel allowances.
