Pros
1. End to end product development. 2. Young and Good team. 3. Current product is stable and still adding features to it based on market demand. 4. Everyone listen to your ideas and try to implement it to meet the customer requirements except during critical timeline. 5. If you are an experienced and if you have a passion to develop and improve the product then Vortex is the right place. 6. Good performers will definitely get recognised. 7. 99% job security, Remaining 1% purely defines how unfit an employee is. 8. If you plan and develop things then no one will end up with extra working hours. At times based on demand from the customer employee will be requested to spend few more hours a week.
Cons
1. During crisis salary revision will not be high but when compared to typical MNCs the percentage of revision will be better. Couple of team's salary remained the same during pandemic as sale of product was impacted in a very large scale. 2. If you want to work on a latest tech-stack and technology then vortex is not the right place. However, if you are capable enough to bring in new tech-stack or technology to the product then Vortex can be considered.
