This is a great place to work for different things, all the people that are working here gets involve in your process to get success in what we do, everyone here works as a team and is really easy to fit due to the people having the same goals, every one is willing to help you in case you need it, Management is so different that other companies, they actually make you feel that we are part of the team and they are always willing to help you.
Cons
Lots of changes, sometimes is easy to feel unstable or that feeling that you don't know what's happening, but is part of the the startup that is why we need people that are willing to go with this this flow, people that loves to work as a team and be able to deal with pressure, because we are constantly in a fast peace environment.
