Pros

This was a temporary position, but the work was meaningful, people were amazing, and a year after this position I miss working here.

Cons

This is a smaller non-profit so expect a smaller salary, but otherwise no cons!

Pros

- Good part-time pay - Great company vision - Low stress due to great company culture - Amazing people - Was even flown out to a team retreat in Philadelphia :) - Freedom for innovation and creativity

Cons

- Can only think of a less built-in infrastructure due to the start up nature, which I found to be a pro
