Pros
The market and need will exist more than most for this industry. If you are adept in playing the game of changing loyalties within the organization, you will be fine working here.
Cons
Need to truly watch your back and not share any personal opinions with anyone no matter how confident you feel in your business relationship with them. You see and read about this type of work environment in the media but to actually work in it is a truly eye opening experience and makes one really appreciate no longer working there. What is billed as an "open communication" environment should be revised to an "Open communication" environment as long as you have nothing negative to say. This is not an organization of "one goal, one vision" but rather a test of survival. Tread lightly and good luck.
