Pros
It is a great internship and full time position to get you started into the industry. I heard benefits are great, but I don't know myself because I didn't have any due to my internship position. A lot of hands on opportunity to develop lab skills if working in quality control. Pay is descent based in the standards on the area. Great training and amazing crew that is willing to share their knowledge with you to learn and help out. Overall great opportunity to gain new skills and grow your network.
Cons
Not many opportunities for growing in the company, which is dissapointing after putting a lot of work and training on you, one may believe that the company invest in the individual to provide more opportunitites within the company. Internship experience wish would have been more management exposure as well, for The intern to understand the role of a technician and so of a supervisor or manager role.
