Pros
Some of the leaders do what they say and say what they mean. Unfortunately most of the leadership allow horrible team culture and do not follow their own core values and mission
Cons
They preach doing things the right way, but the way they treat their employees is horrible and toxic. They try to make you feel like you’ve joined a family, but the way they run things at the corporate office is backwards.
