Salary is very minimal and they do not offer raises yearly. The stress of this job is not worth the money. One of their own employees husbands told me not to work there. They love feedback unless they are being critiqued. It’s very difficult to miss a day of work, it will take you a long time to catch up. They read all of their employees messages and look for those who are being negative to retaliate. There’s no such thing as work-life balance there.
