A company that truly lives their mission, vision, and values and practices it WITH their employees. They offer transparency and forward thinking in everything they do and encourages their teams to do the same. You are always given an opportunity to learn more whether it be through new hire orientation, bi-weekly hands on company meetings, lunch and learns, one on one’s with your manager or other departments. Lots of company perks and just a really great, positive, culture!
