Absolutely no idea on how to recruit - Recruiter W3Global Employee Review

We are still unaware and confused about what is stopping you from not letting your name known. We are also unaware if you are still working with us or not. If you are working, please come out boldly and let us know your concerns more clearly so that we can together work out for a better future. And by the way, your suggestion to hire some experienced recruiters is always at the forefront for us and is also our working principle however at the same time we also hire freshers and newbies to give opportunity for fresh talent. And by the way, if you weren’t happy with your salary you always have that opportunity as a free man not to accept, we are still confused why you forced yourself and settled for less. Finally, if you are still in the company, we sincerely suggest you speak to HR and let them know your problems.
