Pros
The people there are hard working and fun to work with. The idea is there to improve but never follow through with good ideas.
Cons
Need to hand the company off to someone that knows how to run a business. Putting money in the wrong places. Need to promote within rather than the outside. The programming department should be the biggest department but the help desk is. Tells you that they would rather put a band-aid on the problem rather than fix the root problem.
