Executives (mostly all Perrill's) are in it for themselves and don't seem to care for their employee's or value their input. Benefits are the worst out there by any company, they may as well not even offer them that's how bad they are. Their "big picture" mentality is always going to keep them from succeeding, exec's seem to expect to much and promise what they cannot deliver. "Key" management in certain area's are clueless as to what needs to be done or how to create successful processes.
