Pros
Small company that has plenty of work to do and never a shortage of attention from the owners. Ok, so maybe this isn't very positive but there's not much to say that is positive. I can't even say doughnut day is a pro. They advertise doughnut day as a perk when listing a job opening but they fail to say that employees take turns paying for the doughnuts. Hmmm... that pretty much describes the integrity.
Cons
Now for the bad news. Jobs remain posted after people have filled the position for several months or years because the place is a revolving door. I called it the island of misfits because the only people who stayed couldn't get another job elsewhere. Seriously, there are so many people who could not communicate and were grossly underpaid. The owner is 3 generations away from the people how work there. You better not have your shirt untucked or you'll be reprimanded. You better put on a tie or that's another reprimand. The owner spends most of his time watching and listening to his employees work by the use of video camera's that have microphones. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Never going to work for a small company again because there are lots of surprised behind closed doors.
