Pros
-Pockets of good and hard working employees. -no commute -Unlimited vacation policy (although the workload is so intense, no one has time to use is)
Cons
-The organization is overworked. There is no such thing as a 40 hour work week... or even close. -No culture or identity- bland organization with nothing engaging to provide employees -OLT and ELT are not aligned. Many have no clue what actually goes on at lower levels of the organization. Disconnected senior leadership. -HR is Irvine centric. Meaning, with the bulk of the US organization and leadership team now in the Silicon Valley, Irvine is making decisions on comp/benefits. They do not understand what it takes to compete in the Silicon Valley. As a result, good employees leave to go make more money elsewhere and we are unable to attract good talent. There doesn't appear to be a willingness from HR to drive a great place to work
