Pros
Tons of opportunity since there are so many changes - no shortage of good things to work on and develop.
Cons
Too many changes and they are frustrating because people can't change that much or keep up and still get work done. 99% of execs are all old white men at the top tier (except head of HR - who is the only female senior exec (also white) in the entire company). Bad example of diversity.
