- Good training ground for fresh graduates from engineering field as the extreme workload will prepare them for anything post-WD -
Cons
- No VPN allowance even though management expect us to work from home - Brutally long work hours since the job scope is too wide and varying - Chance for promotion is hard and the employees are totally at the mercy of their superiors on promotion opportunities - Non-shift employees are expected to work during weekends and holidays with no guarantee to claim Meal Allowance
