Pros
Nice oppurtunities for people comming out of school or for interns. Intern pay may not be as high as some competitors, but if your willing to put in the effort you can learn a lot. Thr company is big and you can move to areas thst accomodate your expertise. Your job for the most part is what you make of it. There id dome creative license and self driven people are desired.
Cons
They won't always hold your hand and micro management isn't their style. Manufacturing is a highly competitive environment and that weight can be felt even on thr software side.
