Pros

Flexibility within sales org is great

Cons

I began my career right out of college and from the beginning the sales org was extremely corrupt. If you weren’t “in” and buddies with the right people (3-4 of them to be exact) then you wouldn’t make it in your career there. It didn’t matter how hard you worked. These individuals with power were quick to judge people and often gossiped more than the younger folks in the sales org. You’d often see them huddling in one of their offices and wondering if it was you that was being spoken about. Most of the people who are successful in the company have long ties with these management OR their parent(s) worked with them in the past. They are NOT leaders. If you want to be recognized for your honest hard work, I’d go somewhere with more integrity.
