Pros
I like the work, had good bosses, sometimes it can get stressful, but nothing crazy. For a new grad this is a great company to work for. HDDs are such amazing devices, it's incredible that they actually work. Good training, tuition reimbursement, and facilities.
Cons
There are mandatory shutdowns twice a year. It's really a mandatory vacation of about four days plus a holiday, that the company uses to clear some vacation from the books and force the employees to rest. Some employees can work though, depending on the need. This is my first job out of college, so I can't really compare to others, but I've been happy here.
